Competitor weigh-in: 6:00 pm Friday November 20 at Holy Heart Auditorium

Prejudging: Starts 10:00 am

Night Show: Starts 6:30 pm

HWC Bodybuilding and Figure Weigh-in will take place on Friday November 13th at the Holy Heart Auditorium at 6:00pm
All competitors MUST ATTEND.
Registration for the HWC Fitness Expo Events will be also be available at the HWC Information Desk starting at 12:00 noon on the day of the judging.

Registration fees for the HWC Bodybuilding and Figure Events must be received by September 30th, 2009.

Any entries after this date will be charged an additional $50 to compete.
This date is set so we can prepare the night show programs and make the proper arrangements for your benefit, so please try to register on time.
