Competitors will register at the Expo in one of the four weight classes. Once the group has warmed up, two attempts are allowed at benching the desired weight . If the competitor is successful in lifting his chosen weight, he may opt to go for the next higher class or chose to stay at the class.

All lifts must be smooth and under control at all times, for them to be allowed by our Official HWC BenchClub Judge

At the end of the competition all the successful athletes are welcomed into their respective weight classes and will recieved the highly desired HWC BenchClub membership T-shirt, listing their BenchClub membership poundage, to be proudly warn as one of the best in Newfoundland and Labrador.

All competitors will have their name entered into a draw for a prize pack courtesy of Bud Light!
